I think with no question that the display of the Bertram artifacts on the DeSoto refuge would be a tourist attraction. It would be the finest thing in western Iowa and Nebraska has had. The refigure lies 5 miles west of interstate 29 and lies right next to the US highway 30 so its very easily assessable by car and easily found by tourist if a suitable museum was built for the display of not only the artifacts but perhaps models of the Bertrand before she sank and what the entire area looked like at the time of the sinking.
